Advice to read the terms and conditions

It is advisable that our valuable parents to read and understand the terms and conditions before enrolling the children. This is to ensure they would have better understanding on requirements and preparations need to be made by parents as well as the child.

Advice to fill-in registration forms in full

It is advisable for parents to filling-in the registrations forms and provide as much information pertaining the children contact details for emergency matters.

Fees

Fees are due monthly in advance before 5th of each month. 10 % discount will be given to parents sending more than a child at one time.  The discount will only be given to the older child.  Please let us know if your child is going to be absent in long period of time by contacting the supervisor in-charge at 03-42574659.

Enrolment

Enrolment for Nursery, Kindergarten and Care Center shall be done at any time before office hour or after office hour.  Should the parents would like to register during weekend or evening (after 7.00 PM), just call us at 03-42574659 for an appointment.

Illness and Accidents

It is our most concern to ensure that children sent to our centre being taken care particularly from disease or illness that might lead to infection/spread such as chicken pork, eyes congitivitis, German Measles and etc. As such, we advise that parents with infected children not to send to the center until the child recovers.

If we found the child is very unwell, we will contact you to inform and for you to make arrangement to bring him/her to clinic.  However, our nursery is equipped with fist aid kits, panadols for children, cough syrup if required for temporary and basic medication/treatments.  It is also advisable for parents to inform our center/supervisor if your child has been unwell or injured recently.  Our staff will monitor or assist you in ensuring the child complete their medications accordingly.

Publicity

Occasionally, children, their photographs and their work might appear in the news media, on the internet and in education-related publications otherwise specified in written.

Agreement

We have drawn up a reasonable detail agreement document which is come specified partly in these terms and conditions.  The one page agreement is pink in color and is attached together with the registration form.  These documents need to be signed by both parents and our supervisor.

Opinions and comments

We welcome constructive ideas, suggestions and feedback from parents at anytime either verbally, in written send to the center or via our online feedback.
